Yesterday we experienced a website crash due to a high CPU, after it came back up we stopped receiving statistics (amount of orders, conversion rate) everything appears at 0.
Although in practice orders are accepted and appear on the orders page.
This thing hurts our productivity because we lack critical information that helps us a lot.
We tried updating plugins, clearing cache, and even restoring a backup from 2 days ago and nothing works.
It should be noted that we have been working with this system for years and this has never happened.
How can I restore data synchronization?
Even in the mobile application, everything appears on 0.

    Please help us please

  • Hi @talger9 ,

I understand the frustration of seeing all those zeros when you know there should be numbers reflecting your sales and conversions. Since you’ve already taken smart steps like updating plugins, clearing cache, and restoring a backup, I’d like to look into your site’s build to get more details about what might be happening.

Can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so we can check your site’s current setup? You can find it by going to WooCommerce → Status, then selecting “Get system report” and clicking “Copy for Support.”

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in here using the “<code>” block.
