Error message upon accessing acquired program

Have you tried enabling Debug mode? The debug mode will give further information on what causes the critical error.

Once the debug mode is enabled, you’ll have to replicate the issue and the related errors will be saved to debug.log. The error should give a better idea of what exactly might be causing it ie whether it’s a conflict with a plugin or within the server etc.
