• On multiple pages in the admin backend (Almost all of the Settings pages, and Appearance/Widgets to name a few) when viewed in Safari (latest version 5.0.3) the sticky footer at the bottom, “Thank you for creating with WordPress,” will cover the “Save Changes” button and even some of the content.

When viewing the same pages (same WP install) using Firefox (latest version 3.6.13) the sticky footer doesn’t obstruct any page elements.

This is more of a heads-up to whom it may concern; just doing my part to report this bug, since I searched the forums and didn’t find anything similar. Thanks!

  • I am also very frustrated with the same problem. I fixed it for one plug-in’s edit page, but now it is showing up in the WP admin’s ‘Update Profile’.
