JKIT – Accordion doesn’t work

If everything works well in Elementor Editor, the problem usually arises due to a cache or optimization feature on your site. Do you have such features enabled? These features often come from third parties, such as plugins or server settings. If you have these features, try clearing all existing caches or temporarily disabling them.

This issue can also occur if the Elementor data is not generated correctly. To ensure this, you can try regenerating the Elementor data in the menu Elementor -> Tools -> General -> Regenerate CSS & Data.

If you have already tried the steps above, such as clearing the cache or regenerating the Elementor data but the issue still persists, you can try disabling the Element Caching feature in the Elementor -> Settings -> Features menu.

If it still doesn’t work, could you disable all plugins except for Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit? We are concerned that there might be a conflict between plugins. Additionally, could you confirm that no caching or optimization features are active? Apart from plugins, these features could come from your server or CDN services like Cloudflare. If these features are still active, you can try temporarily disabling them.
