Custom permalink – New Posts 404'd

Hi all,

I’m having trouble with custom permalinks on new posts. I get “You 404’d it” when you click on the link. All of my previous posts are ok.

Here’s a custom permalink that’s working correctly:

I’m using Custom Permalinks 0.6.1 plugin by Michael Tyson.
