Tentyten theme – Cannot find id="masthead"

    Hi, first post. Decent at css, a little php.

    I cannot find the masthead tag in style.css. There are three other style sheets in the twnetyten theme folder and it is not there also. I would believe it has to be in the style.css. What is it that I am net seeing here?

    It might not be in there lol
    Not every element needs styling
    If you need it just add it

    Got ya.

    Did some more searching and found how to mod functions.php so I could install a custom image.

    Issue is solved.

    no need to mod functions.php just to insert an image
    u can add it in admin
    or call it in css
    end users do not need to hack about in php unless they need to or know what they are doing
