Are you set the product links properly in the settings?
like product number, redirection link?
Are you using pro version, then the free version have to be removed.
If you use any redirection plugin then temporary link won’t work, please unselect temporary link.

Just so you know, when you type in the name of the product, it automatically goes down to check the box Enable Temporary Link, which causes this plugin to fail.
Once it is unchecked, it works.
You might consider fixing that because it is causing issues.

If 404 redirection is enabled and configured to automatically redirect all 404 errors (missing pages) to a predefined page (such as the homepage or a specific landing page),
these temporary links might be treated as invalid.
