    Hello

My horizontal menu normally has arrows showing users to click for the submenu. The arrows are now missing (I’ve not carried out any work on the site) and so are the dropdown submenu links, this has rendered the site virtually unnavigable unless browsers have the wherewithal to visit the site map. The menu “tree” is correct in WP with the submenu’s showing correctly nested under each main heading.

I’ve also noticed the menu font has reduced in size despite being set in elementor to be 18px it looks like 9px.

Please could you help? Many thanks.

In the meantime, you can check the following most common causes for this issue:

    • Third-party plugin conflict
    • Conflict with the cache and optimization plugin
    • Elementor Settings > Features > Inline font icons experiment status

Commercial plugins and themes are not sold on WordPress.org. Therefore, you need to use their respective websites for support and reviews. For reference, please check the WordPress Forum Guidelines.

    I hope for your understanding.
