Hello, what is the equivalent for this on SEO framework? I specifically need the fields for SEO title and SEO description.

In your case, you’re looking for _genesis_title and _genesis_description, respectively. This will change in a (distant) future update.

Note that TSF does not store any generated metadata. We also have an extension that makes migrating from other SEO plugins easy: https://tsf.fyi/e/transport.
