Woocommerce dosen’t redirect to a gateway payment

    Hello, i’m having difficulties with my website’s payment gateway redirection, whenever one of my clients proceeds to checkout to input their credit card details, it should redirect to a NETOPIA gateway payment interface. Instead of that happening, it just redirects my client to a page with a lot of sentences, all referring to Woocommerce, which i will add the link of the page itself below. I tried to edit this interface, but whenever i try to interact with it, it just becomes a blank page, and i’m unable to change anything about it. I’ve tried contacting the developers of the NETOPIA gateway plugin i’m using for this, and they let me know that this isn’t an issue related to the plugin itself, so here i am.

    Hello marius2004,

    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

    To better understand the issue, could you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and share a screenshot of the Page Setup section?

    Here is an example:

    Additionally, as a test, could you disable the NETOPIA gateway and enable an offline payment method like Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery?

    This will help us determine if the issue is specific to the gateway or something else in your WooCommerce setup.

    Let me know the results, and we’ll take it from there!

    i’ve also disabled the NETOPIA gateway plugin, and activated direct bank transfer and the problem is fixed, it redirects the client to this page, as i wanted it originally: https://amaliakalanyos.shop/ebook-thank-you/?wpfnl-order=597&wpfnl-key=wc_order_GEFlbNdqkEQYH

    i’d also like to mention that i’ve attempted to switch from the NETOPIA plugin and onto the STRIPE one, and i’m also having technical difficulties with that one as well, i don’t know if that’s anything to do with what’s currently happening, i just thought i’d let you know.

    My problem with Stripe is the absence of the field where my client can input their credit card information , for some reason, it just is not there. An error message can be spotted, which is: “Could not retrieve elements store due to unexpected error”. The issue is only at checkout, i will also attach an image down below demonstrating my issue.

    a couple of things to note are: turning test mode off doesn’t change the issue and that the boxes themselves can be seen for a short while, while the site loads and then quickly disappear sadly ,they cannot be interacted with.

    Thanks for clarifying! Are you using the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway? If so, can you go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Stripe, and enable “Debug Mode.”:

    Once enabled, can you please navigate to your sites checkout page to retrigger the issue, and then go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and share any Stripe-related error logs with us here?

    Also, can you please share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can take a closer look at your sites current environment? You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for Support.
