Share button not showing on mobile

    I’m not sure what has changed because the Facebook share button used to show on a mobile but doesn’t anymore. I’ve looked through the settings and ‘tried’ to look at the code, but can’t figure out why.

    Share button is only displayed on pages/posts and looks fine on desktop.

    Please advise.

    It must be something temporary on Facebook’s end. You can wait for a while. Please note, for the best experience with the Facebook widgets like Facebook Like, Facebook Comments etc, you should be logged into your Facebook account in the same browser that you are using to visit your web page.

    You can report a bug here if it’s been too long.

    The Facebook ‘Share’ button still hasn’t shown up but the Facebook ‘Like’ button does show up on mobile when I add it. You think that is still a Facebook issue or do I need to look elsewhere?

    It seems related to something at Facebook’s end. Plugin uses the same code to render like, share buttons for mobile and desktop devices. BTW, the Follow Us Facebook widget is also not appearing in the mobile browsers. See

    Check if there is any difference when you are logged into your Facebook account in the mobile browser (not the Facebook app) and when you are not. If you face problem in both the cases, it is something wrong at Facebook’s end.
