Jetpack keeps disconnecting from website.

I am trying to improve the site health for my website, and the only critical issue is that the plugin Jetpack is not connected. However, whenever I try to connect it, and it works, I go to “site health” under tools and it is still an issue, the website itself also remains not secure.

How do I improve the situation? The website looks like I want it to, but this one issue seems to prevent it from being secured for public view.
