Not working inside Astra Site Builder

    I’m using Astra Site Builder to create the single post template, and using the Advanced Ads plugin to insert an campaign into the content automatically. But the campaigns aren’t being loaded, only if I add the campaign manually within the single post. Could you direct me how I can solve this?

    I am Henning from the Advanced Ads support team.

    From your message, I understand you’re using the content placement with its automatic injection features. I recommend checking its content injection options under Advanced Ads > Settings > General > Content injection.

    The first option is the “Content placement in post lists” one, please start with this by setting it to “on” and “all”.
    Additionally, I recommend deactivating the level limitation option if these ads are not appearing already.

    Thanks for your message. If the campaigns are loading fine when added manually, this looks more like the configuration issue with the Advanced ads plugin so I will recommend you to follow the instructions Henning kindly provided above and let us know here if that does not work.
