Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to edit the account page after logging in. For example change the language or arrange the elements differently.

Do you mean account page or profile page?

You could use custom templates (https://docs.ultimatemember.com/category/118-templates) and CSS.

I mean the Account page (where you can change password or delete account). I would like to change language.

Hello @spino2802

Did you change your language in the admin dashboard? If yes, please read about wordpress languages files (.mo and .po) and plugins translations.
