How do I apply HTTPonly attribute to cookies on a wordpress website ?

    I am looking into ways to apply “HTTPOnly” attribute to cookies. So far I am seeing there are WordPress plugins or changing the themes CSS. Current theme being used is the free version of Sydney & I need to find a plugin or the correct way to enter my themes CSS code to apply HTTPOnly to our whole site.

    Any help with providing steps or suggestions is appreciated.
