Adding Javascript for alternativing banners

    Hi,

    I am wondering if someone can help me resolve an issue that I have with inserting some scripts into my wordpress files.

    I want to add a randomise banner script (already written) into my wordpress blog so that the banner appears above the post title of each new post added to my blog.

    If someone could direct me as to where to insert this script that would be of great assistance.
