Excluding external images

    Hi, is it possible to exclude images from a subdomain?

    I’ve created a shortcode that outputs blogs from a site on one of my subdomains, but the blog header image aren’t showing due to the “-optimized” being added to the url. Is there a way I can get images coming from this subdomain to be ignored?

    This is not Multisite. They are 2 separate sites, but with the same structure. My main site with the converter plugin is domain.com, with images in domain.com/wp-content/uploads/etc

    And the site on my subdomain has the same structure: subdomain.domain.com/wp-content/uploads/etc.

    What would be the easiest way, if any, to have the converter ignore these external images, so that they can show correctly again?

    Hi @djnz0813,

    Thank you for your message.

    First of all please tell me why you are using Nginx Bypassing mode? In the default image loading mode, the plugin does not add the “-optimized” suffix and then the problem would not occur.

    Hi, that was because I was getting the server configuration error message. But I see that for Siteground, the Nginx delivery has to be disabled. I did that, switched back to the htaccess method and indeed the -optimized suffix is gone and the images are showing.
