Critical error setting real payments

Hello! I´m getting Fatal error when trying to set real transactions on my website:
"WooCommerce Fatal error: Uncaught WC Pay\Exceptions\APIException: Error: Error deleting account."
NOTE: I didn´t try to delete any account, just switching from Test mode to real transactions
 
Also when trying to connect my store with WooPayments. This is the error:
"Your store is not driven by WordPress or REST API is disabled."

Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you’re facing an error when trying to switch from test mode to live mode in WooPayments.

Just for clarity, are you able to make test transaction when in Test mode?

As a first step to troubleshoot this further is to try activating a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four and then seeing if the issue is resolved. If not, then the next step will be to deactivate all other plugins on the site except for WooCommerce and WooPayments then see if this resolves things.

If it does, then enabling each plugin one at a time and testing in between, will reveal which one is the culprit.

Please make sure to have a backup in place before making any changes to your site.

Let us know how this goes.

Yes, test transactions worked fine! I have already done that process (active a storefront theme and deactivate all plugins) The error showed again and email showing the following error came:

Hello alliots88,

Thank you for your reply.

It looks like the system might be confusing your reconnection attempt with a deletion request.
This could be happening because of some leftover data or settings.

To fix this, you could try clearing your site’s cache and the WooPayment cache.

If the problem continues, it would be great if you could open a support ticket and include a link to this thread. This will help our support team understand the issue better and provide a solution.
