Have you tried all of the troubleshooting steps, especially if they match the error messages/behavior you’re seeing, on the following page and ensured you’ve already followed the video guide’s method of obtaining the key?: https://www.wordfence.com/help/api-key/#installing-your-free-license-key
Sometimes our IPs need to be added to firewalls or CDNs such as Cloudflare to allow communications back and forth between our servers and your site: https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/#servers-and-ip-range
I only ask to ensure the common problems have been tried first. Failing the above, you should have access to the Wordfence > Tools menu to send us a diagnostic report so we can take a closer look at possible configuration problems. You can send that to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
There’s no limit to how many license keys a single email address can obtain so your previous attempts will not affect your ability to get a license overall.
