    Hello,

I have a problem with the {unique_value} tag in WPForms. In principle, it displays a unique ID for each form submission. My issue is that this ID is displayed like “tUdJIeREikrxBhGz” as shown in the email received, but on the WPForms entries list, it displays as: “d2d34636-7427-42ce-8ed6-e2f6cb6dda40”.

Also the tag {user_id} seems not working ! it doesn’t display the user account ID at the email received.

    Thank you for your help

    Hi @crandays,

    Thanks for reaching out!

As the entry management feature is available only with a paid license, it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms.

If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance? From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at the issue with the {unique_value} smart tag in your entries.

Regarding the {user_id} smart tag, please note that users need to be logged in for this smart tag to successfully add the User ID in notifications. This process is detailed in our guide here.

    Thanks!
