    I am encountering an issue on the checkout page of our website where an empty box appears for the payment methods “Afterpay”. This issue is affecting the user experience as it causes confusion during the checkout process.

    This empty box is creating a gap in the payment method options, which may confuse customers and potentially lead to abandoned carts.

    I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide a solution to remove the empty box. Maybe you can give me an advice how can I add info like this :

    Thank you for your message.

    The payment schedule is usually rendered automatically when Afterpay is selected on the checkout page. In this case, however, it might have been blocked by some javascript errors on the frontend. Could you please provide the url of the website, so that the team can investigate further?

    Thank you for providing the url.

    The team have checked the website and found that most of the product prices fall within the Pay Monthly order range. Unfortunately, the Payment Schedule widget for Pay Monthly is still under development, thus currently hidden on the checkout page. The update will be released as soon as possible.
