cannot access my wp-admin page

    everytime i try to log into my account from simplescripts via. bluehost…i cannot access my wp-admin login page, instead i get the following error message:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home2/notorio9/public_html/wp-content/themes/NAv21/functions.php:6) in /home2/notorio9/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 890

    how can i get that fixed to i can get into my dashboard?
