Is there any way to replace the invoice with the packing slip so that any customer can download it from “My Orders”? Or at least, hide the word “invoice”?

You would need the Professional extension to do this. It grants many features of the invoice the packing slip, including allowing downloads on the customer dashboard. Email us at wposupport@wpovernight.com if you have further questions, as we cannot discuss paid plugins on the forum.
