Trouble uploading image ads

    New issue popped up today. Trying to add a new ad and it’s giving me trouble when I try to upload an image ad. It usually opens the file upload window right away, but it’s not happening today.

    Usually, once starting a new ad, after picking the Image Ad option… Select File becomes visible and the button works, triggering a file manager window. It’s not working now. Is anyone else able to upload files this way (today)? Thx.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please ensure not using an ad blocking add-on or similar in your browser while editing ads. Trying a different browser can also be helpful.

    If possible, please also check your browser development tab for error messages appearing while trying to access the media upload section out of the ad edit screen. Sharing possible error messages might help find the origin of the reported behavior as well.

    Hi Henning and thank you for your reply. Very helpful.

    I run the AdGuard ad blocker in Chrome. I hadn’t made any changes to my settings and prior to yesterday hadn’t had any trouble uploading media (images and ads) to our website.

    But yes… something switched and all of the sudden, it started treating the popup window to select/upload media as a window to be blocked. I turned off AdGuard for my site… and voila. All good again.
