I can’t get support on the WC site for two reasons:
1. Your web site does not list either of the plugins under the technical support list
2. The site is a clients and it is their license.
Hence I ended up on the WordPress.org platform to ask the question!
Now where do we go?

Hey, @stevehale!
To get support for a plugin there, you need to be logged in to the account that owns the licence.
So please ask your client to open a ticket request there. After they’ve done that, they can CC you in the email thread, if it works better for you 🙂
