For now we need to click first bluck action of “Submit orders to Packeta” then “print carrier labels” and then filter out those that got printed out and then click on “print labels” which is too much steps.

Could you combine together the “print carrier labels” and “print labels” so if there is a carrier label, it will be provided, if not then all labels (as in the Packeta admin is now possible).

And then could you combine the “Submit orders to Packeta” and “print labels” into one action like “Print Packeta labels” so all the actions are done then same time in the background?

Many other delivery plugins use it like this as one action. Reduces steps needed to make to get the labels. Thanks for help.

    Hello @rudolfgustav,
    thank you for your feedback.

In general, we definitely want to improve the workflow, to require less interactions and individual “clicks”.

Unfortunately the specific improvements suggested are not possible, as the Packeta API does not support universal label printing for both carriers and Packeta labels, therefore merging of label printing etc. is not possible.

However we will definitely be looking into options that are available for more automation options in terms of processing orders.

    Best regards,
