    Hello there,

I have recently installed the Bacola theme on my website. Everything is going very cool & easy. But when I started using the “Loco Translate” plugin, it auto-translated my WordPress admin panel. As per the ‘how to use this plugin’, to translate my website into my desired language I must have to change the site language to that language. Whenever I change the site language, my WP admin panel gets auto-translated.

I want English in my admin panel regardless of the language I use for my site. Can you please help me with this…

Just FYI, I have searched Google, and YT but didn’t get this help. I got a question in the support forum of Loco Translate, but I don’t understand what they are trying to say…! the link to that support forum is given below:

So please give a solution regarding this matter and if possible provide me at least one tutorial of how to use this plugin without auto translating my admin panel.

    Thanks is advance

My plugin doesn’t perform auto-translation. As per the old topic above, it is a file editor and doesn’t force language selection at any point, including on admin screens.

If you want your admin area in English, set your user profile language to English. This is a feature of WordPress, not of my plugin. See their documentation of user profile settings.

To clarify for others, there are two language options in wp-admin. One is Users → Your Profile → Language and the other one is Settings → General → Site Language. To use Loco Translate I have to change the Site language to my desired language and If I want my admin panel to remain English then I have to change the user language to English.
