    Hello,

I have installed the WPML plugin for translations, in the sitemap I get all the translated pages and I don’t want it to do that.
How can I remove the translated pages from the sitemap?

    Thanks

    Hello @webdipierroestudio

Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin. It does not have a way to parse out different sitemaps for different languages because Google and other search engines do not require it. We add all the languages to the same sitemap. So, all posts/pages (regardless of language) will appear on the post/page sitemap, and the same happens for any other post type. Doing it this way will not hurt the SEO or how Google crawls your site.

Your multilingual plugin adds the necessary language information on the pages themselves. This means that, for instance, for pages, you will find out the different language versions of the page when Google crawls the page, and you can check the source code of those pages to find out the language pages you have created, like <link rel=”alternate” hreflang=”. You can read more about the hreflang tag here.
