site subfolder with name – permalinks?

I feel really dumb but I cannot figure out how to change this nor info in the forum. I keep getting to permalinks but I cant figure them out. My guess is it is something different.

I have a page “http://bustoshow.org/?page_id=45”
I wish that page was “http://bustoshow.org/events”

Is there a way to do that?
