Simple Fields Not Updating

I have an existing install using Simple Fields – works really well.

Now, I decided to make a change or two to the field setup, adding a field (let’s say FIELD X) and renaming another. All of this is done effortlessly – but the issue is the new FIELD X and changed fields do not show correctly in the custom post write editor.

Any ideas what I am missing?
