Hi @edgarphs,
WP Job Manager uses the default WordPress thumbnail image as your Job logo. If you want to change the size, you can do so by following this guide – https://wpjobmanager.com/document/getting-started/the-job-submission-form/#change-the-wordpress-logo-size
By default, the thumbnail size is set to 150×150 and if you have the “Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions” checked, this will force crop the image to match the thumbnail size. You may want to uncheck the box and regenerate your images using a plugin like Regenerate Thumbnails for images that have already been uploaded.
This is not for the logo. Its for the feature/listing image,I don’t think the default WordPress media setting apply. I did try changing the default sizes in the Media settings and Regenerate the images and it did not work.
The problem is the feature/listing image zooms in when the image size is not big enough, but when it zooms/covers the image area the position of the image is not centered is TOP TOP and all the images get cut off.
I tried using CSS code, for example background-position Down; , but it wont work. I also tried CSS codes like object-fit: cover, but it wont work even if i add !important.
The WP Job Manager calls the Featured Image the Company Logo. By default, your website should have “Company Logo” for your job listings. The Company Logo can be renamed into “Featured Image” or anything you prefer.
Do you perhaps have a theme or plugin that has customized WP Job Manager default settings. This could be the reason your image is not appearing as it should. Would you like to send us a URL of the page?
