Hi, I also have similar problems. There seems to be a bug with Brevo in my opinion. Test emails are sent, but they don’t show up in the Log or Real-Time section within the brevo backend.
However, emails are now arriving, even if not shown in the log.
Update: Logs and Real-Time information seems to start working again in Brevo – delayed by 20 minutes. right now.
It might be worth to try again… The issue with Brevo seems to be fixed.
Still not working for me unfortunately, emails are still not being received
Hi @mikeywade,

Hi @wanderndeluxe, It appears that you have experienced a different issue. If you’re still experiencing email delays, please get in touch with Brevo support directly and they should be able to assist you accordingly.
Thanks!
Hi @darshanaw ,
When I run a test using the email test, it says successful so it doesn’t produce an error.
However the email is just never received.
These were all working fine a few weeks ago, and now currently do not work for any of our sites that use the brevo setup, for a variety of different email addresses.

Hi @mikeywade,
Thank you for the debug trace. This means your site successfully connected with the Brevo API and passed the email sending request to Brevo. The actual email will be sent by the Brevo email provider.
It looks like you are experiencing an issue related to your Brevo account (e.g., a domain reputation issue or their email sending server IP might be blacklisted). Please report this to Brevo support, and they should be able to assist you further.
I hope this helps. Thanks!
Hi @darshanaw,
Thanks for your help on this.
Just to confirm, this was a Brevo issue in relation to a missing ReCAPTCHA on a form for one of our websites. Brevo disabled the API service due to a form receiving some spam submissions.
We weren’t notified of this by Brevo, so it was difficult to determine the problem!
Just thought I would mention in case anyone else is having the same issue.
Same situation here! E-mail test gives me SUCCEED, however, brevo and exchange administration painel gives me 0 e-mails.
