Permalink date format – month name not number.

    Is there a way to have permalinks which have month names rarher than month numbers?

    It may be a small point to some, but for non-US users it makes things easier by removing the mental gymnastics required to interpret dates (so is ‘9/11’ the ninth of November or the eleventh of September?).
