    Dear Admin,

    I have a website with over 100,000 products, and I need to remove some products from Google Merchants Center. Due to the large volume (more than 10,000 pages), manually setting each product to “Don’t sync and show” is not feasible. Instead, I’ve been using the page “wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page” where I input the Product ID I want to delete, then click “Sync Product with Google Merchant Center” as shown in the screenshots. I receive a notification stating “1 product successfully submitted to Google.” However, the issue is that the products are still present in Google Merchants Center even after 24 hours. Have I missed something? Is deleting by Product ID as described correct?

    Your assistance with resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @vi12312,

    The problem is that the “Sync Product with Google Merchant Center” button works to syncing specific products, not deleting them from GMC.

    We don’t have a bulk edit for the sync option currently, though this is a great suggestion.

    We appreciate your suggestions and are always looking for ways to improve our products and services, and input from users like you is invaluable.

    Thank you very much, just a quick question: due to many products, synchronizing in bulk might violate Google’s policies. If I can’t delete them through the Google Listings & Ads plugin, can I update the products in Google Merchant Center to “out of stock”? Would this be similar to deletion? And would Google potentially suspend my account for this?

    Hi @vi12312,

    Please try the following: go to your WP Admin > Marketing > Google Listings & Ads > Product Feed > scroll to the bottom to the Product Feed section > Select multiple products > click on “Select channel visibility” > Don’t sync and show > click on Apply to selected.

    @omarfpg This won’t work. I have hundreds of thousands of products, and the “Product Feed” section only displays 10 products at a time. I need to delete 1000 products, and searching for them would be impractical because it would take too much time.

    Right now, no other option or workaround is available to directly delete a product from the feeds. However, I recommend creating a report in our GitHub repo here. This way, our developer team can take a look and give you some further insights.

    It would also be great to have you add your ideas as a feature request, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.

    I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get some further insight.
