RSS Feed Code

Ok, sorry to post another RSS feed code topic, but i’ve been searching and researching and no closer to finding the elusive code to put in the little box on the widgets page. I’m not a ‘code junkie’, lol or familiar with the ins-and-outs of wordpress. I just need to find the rss feed codes for my websites:

Iv’e had a number of people say the current rss feed is nothing but garbled code and junk.
