New Theme Not getting Installed

Hi,

I moved from stockssavvy.wordpress.com to stockssavvy.com recently. I have got the Webspace from Hostgator Website. They are offering some themes. I liked one theme 1494 but i am unable to install it on my website.After downloading that theme to my system, i went to theme n then Install Theme n browsed the location of my file. It got uploaded n then its unpacking.

The problem is When one paackage get unpacked, second starts.Second ends third starts…The count has gone to 62.n still it is unpacking.The format of my theme is like this 1494, 14942,14943 n now it is 149463 is going on. It is never ending process. From the last 5 days, i have been working on it but no success.
I even tried uploading my theme to my websapce using file manager & then Extracted it @ /public_html/wp-content/themes
But the theme is still not shown in the WordPress Themes.
Kindly somebody help me in getting this issue resolved??
