Hello Gabriel @gabaozin
In our experience, a backup stuck/timeout/not responding issue is usually caused by a low PHP time limit on your server.
It is recommended that you adjust WPvivid settings as suggested in this doc to increase the backup task success rate.
If the issue persists after that, would you provide us with a copy of the backup log so we could check and suggest further?
All the best,
WPvivid Support Team
It worked. Thank you so much!
I was doing the backup, it’s late at night, I had just scheduled daily backups, so I thought I could turn off the computer, that it would continue in the background.
20 minutes later I turned the computer on again and there’s nothing related to the backup I was doing. It does not appear on the backup list, including if I click to scan.
It would keep backing up for a couple of hours before finishing. But there was no present activity.
EDIT: I just found out that the files were deleted on Onedrive.
Do we need to keep the window open, leave the computer on at night for it to work for manual backups?
What about the scheduled ones?
Thanks,
Gabriel

Hello,
For manual backups, please keep the window open and avoid closing or refreshing it until the process completes. Scheduled backups don’t require this step.
Kind regards.
