Hi, when users try to pay with Stripe they get “processing payment” message and then nothing happens. The payment does not go through and appears as incomplete on Stripe. Can you please advise?

Hi, I get this error “error js: syntax error; the string did not match the expected pattern” when I try to update the add-on and the update button just keeps going in loop without completing the process:

We suspect the issue may be caused by a security plugin like Wordfence. If so, you can follow these steps to resolve the issue: Go to Tools. Find the API /wp-json/lp/v1/addon/action. Add the parameter to the firewall allowlist as shown in the following image.
