User level question

    So it is now deprecated. How can we do:

    I created 2 Roles, Daily Admin, Manager

    I like to grant Manger to be able to edit user role, but it can not prmot user to Daily Admin. I can see there is no Administrator from the dropdown already, but how can we remove the Daily Admin option as well?
