    Hi!

    I recently installed your plugin to send out shipping email notifications to customers. I am using Printful. The email is automatically sent out once Printful indicates that the item has been shipped. However, when I click on the tracking link button, it doesn’t take me to the tracking page.

    Could you please point me to the right documentation on what I need to do to make the button and tracking link work?

    How do you add tracking to the orders?

    The tracking was updated automatically by Printful. Once Printful indicated that the product had been shipped out, it triggered the email to be sent out to the customer.

    Thank you for the update.

    We have an integration with Printful in the Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro plugin. To fix the tracking link issue, you will need to upgrade to the PRO version of the plugin.

    It was working with free version before. Is now the paid version mandatory ?

    Hi @to0ts,

    Printful doesn’t pass the tracking provider name in the API, so the tracking link isn’t set into the tracking number. In the AST PRO version, we grab tracking details from the order notes, which ensures the tracking information is properly included.
