I was going to open the same ticket. The captcha does not work after the last update. It may be related to the latest Woocommerce update as well. Just the 2 updates were made 20 hours ago π

Thank you for your reply. We don’t have WooCommerce installed so I think it’s a general WordPress error it causes.
Hello @jordi, Hello @bkvia,
can you tell me what error message you receive? Are you on the newest Version 2.0.2? Which extension (Avada, CF7, WordPress Comment…) caused the error?
Can you also check the debug.log for any errors related to our plugin? I’ve recently checked the plugin with a clean WordPress installation and cf7 only. Maybe the error is related to any other plugin you have installed.
Please also check that you use the current version (2.0.2) of the plugin, which already has some bug fixes.
Can you also tell me what PHP Version you are using?
As soon as we can reproduce the error we will fix it π
Best Regards,
Marc
In my case it is an error that customers have reported. The Captcha to access his account does not work. We have PHP 8.2 and updated versions of this plugin, Woocommerce and WordPress to their latest version.

Hello @kukat
thanks for the Information. Unfortunately, I’ve not been able to reproduce the error with Version 2.0.3 of the plugin. Would it be possible to get a duplicator version of your website which we can install on our development environment to check if that issue persists?
Best Regards,
Marc
I think now is working, on version 2.0.3!
Ohhhh… after the update I lost my custom “black list” words
And now the predefined settings option from before is no longer there :(. “High”, “Medium” and “Minimum” Security predefined settings…).

Hello @jordi,
Thanks for your feedback – I apologize for the bug with the blacklist. We will investigate this issue. Best settings for the moment are:
- Enable Captcha Protection using Honeypot
- Enable Javascript-Protection
- Enable Browser-Protection
- Enable & Load the Blacklist
Best Regards
Marc
I guess this issue is solved now. If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us again.
Best Regards,
