We apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. In addition to the WP Memory Limit, this issue could also arise due to permalinks not being properly generated by WordPress. To resolve this, you can regenerate (resave) permalinks in the Settings -> Permalinks menu.

I tried resaving permalinks structure but still getting the same error. Here’s an Elementor log if that would help in solving this issue:-

Thank you for providing the error.log, but unfortunately, we still haven’t found any clues regarding this issue. If you create a new Header template, do you encounter the same error when trying to edit it with the Elementor Editor?
If you can edit a new Header with the Elementor Editor but not the old one, the issue might be due to the Page Template because it is not an Elementor Canvas template. To resolve this, you can add the PHP code from the link below to your functions.php.
