Field not showing up

Hello! I have a series of books and decks in my woocommerce shop that need to have a blank field for customers to enter their name if they’d like their item personalized. My web designer set up the initial shop and created two product fields – one for the decks and one for the books. But for some reason, the field for the decks is the only one showing up. I’ve look at how both fields are set-up, all of the same things are turned on and the info looks identical on both the deck and book pages in the product editing everywhere I’ve looked, but regardless of what I do in the attributes or fields area, the field doesn’t show up in any of the book products. The books are properly tagged in the field set-up (just like the decks), but nope. It’s got to be something small I’m overlooking. Help?

Well, I decided to try an experiment – and add the books to the deck field products, and that’s working. So I’m just going to do that as a workaround for now. The main difference I’m seeing is that the list of products under the deck field says “or” in between them. And that’s not how the book list looks. So maybe something went wonky when the list was created.
