    In order to understand the source of the issue, it would be helpful if you could share the logs. You may share the Payment intents of the affected order from the Stripe Dashboard -> Developer > Logs privately using this link. Additionally, let us know the version of the plugin you are using and verify whether all the webhooks are configured properly.
