Conditional Taxonomys

I have created a bunch of taxonomys for product specifications which I want to display in a table however I won’t always have all the taxonomys filled with content so I dont always want them displayed, so I need to make them conditional based on whether there is content in it or not.

This is what I have at the moment:

Problem with this is I get a blank divs when there is nothing in the taxonomy.
