    Hello,

I am testing my wordpress website that uses TutorLMS Pro plugin. From desktop devices, I can view a course on course page, and see the “Enroll now” button. After I click it, the “Start learning” button appears. I can click it from course page and see the course materials.

If i try to do the same thing on mobile device, regardless of OS, for some reason the user cannot access the course from the course page, but he has to go to profile > enrolled courses > start learning, in order to view the course quiz and materials. I initially thought this was due to cache plugins, but no. I disabled the caching features, tested, same thing. I disabled the plugins completely, still no luck. I even tried on my physical device, no luck, same issue.

This needs to be resolved as I think is a major flaw. Please help, hopefully Im not the only one facing this issue.

    Kind regards,

    Ivan

  • We have a similar issue also, however users need to be logged in otherwise they can’t enrol..

Found a workaround, disable “Enable Guest Mode – Allow customers to place orders without an account. “

    Dear @ikovacic42 @devksec

When the user try to access the quiz from the course page which message they are getting?

@jobayertuser no error, the form doesn’t submit or even attempt to submit. No request is made when the enroll button is pressed, seems the JS is broken for it.

Outside of the course page (E.G course filter pages etc) it just redirects to the course page.

Hello @devksec , the Guest mode is already disabled… Any other idea or suggestion how to fix the issue?

Thanks for the answers guys. @wprashed , I will inform the website administrator to contact you as he has the pro version connected to his email.

@jobayertuser the user is not getting any error message. As @devksec mentioned, the page just reloads and nothing occurs.

Really weird bug. I would greatly appreciate it if you can help us out here!
