    Dear Community & Happiness Engineers,

We have encountered a strange issue with the WooCommerce statistics on a WordPress website we developed for a client.

When we navigate to “Analytics > Products” and click on a variable product, we are taken to a new page that shows a list of variants (“Sold items”) at the top and a table of variants (with more information) below. The numbers in the top list differ from those in the bottom table.

    For example:

    • Variant 1: 50 sold items at the top, 53 sold items in the table.
    • Variant 2: 14 sold items at the top, 17 sold items in the table.
    • Variant 3: 6 sold items at the top, 9 sold items in the table.

The difference in the number of sold items is always the same (3 in this case).

Additionally, if we navigate to page 2 in the bottom table where “Variant 27” is, the difference is not 3 but, for instance, 1. So, “Variant 27” might show “9 sold items” at the top and “10 sold items” in the table.

Even stranger, if we change the “number of items per page” in the table from 25 to 50, bringing “Variant 27” to page 1, the difference suddenly becomes 4. This change also affects the variants that previously had a difference of 3.

This issue occurs with multiple products, always variable products with variants. The difference between the top list and the table is not always 3; for other products, it can be another fixed difference.

We have cleared the cache via “WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics Cache” without success. Importing historical data is also not a solution since there is no historical data to import.

We are using WP 6.0.8 with the following plugins:

    • Advanced Custom Fields PRO 5.12.2
    • Advanced Custom Fields: Image Crop Add-on 1.4.12
    • Booster Plus for WooCommerce 5.5.9

Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Do you have potential solutions?

We also have a video demonstrating the issue in detail, but we prefer to share it privately due to containing sales figures of the client. Please let us know if you would like to view the video, and we will share the link.

    Thank you!
