Flash header doesn't load to all pages

I’m trying to get a flash header work on my wordpress site. I embeded my swf-file to the “header.php” file of my theme (I’m using “default”-theme at the moment) and the flash header appears to my front page as it should. Problem is that the header doesn’t appear to any other pages.

The error message I get is “This page requires AC_RunActiveContent.js.” and after that the page loads without a header. I have this js. file in the root directory of my site and the front page seems to able to use it without problems. How come none of the sub-pages finds it? Is there a way to fix this?

I already tried to plant the swf to the header using Kimili-plugin but it didn’t worked at all.
