Permalink 404 error

    I just installed WP & http://blog.emegano.com/this-is-a-test-2/ URL is not working. I just changed the permalink to: /%postname%/ only and this dirty error comes up every where. Except the default one, everything is giving me 404 error. I tried with all other tips from WP forums , nothing worked, wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-permalink-404-issue
