Promptpay payment not showing by checkout

    We running a homestay in thailand. People in thailand normally use PromptPay for there payments.
    They can choose by the booking to use promptpay, normally its will be showing the QR code. But since a few weeks no Promtpay logo is showing anymore by the checkout page.

    Now no promptpay QR code showing for the payment but instead the normally checkout page with creditcard details + where normally the promtpay logo’s comes is now ”pay with link”

    it was working fine for almost one year, Stripe chat can’t help me either.. Who can help me?

    Edit: it happend few times before that the promptpay QR code was gone by checkout and only showing creditcard details and normally where the promptpay logo was changed to ”pay with link” . Then i asked some stripe expert on fiverrr and he always fixed this. He told me do not update the plugin. I didnt do but still it’s gone. This man is saddly not avaible to help anymore and other ”stripe experts” i tried can’t fix it.

    On the Stripe checkout page, the eligible payment method is rendered directly by Stripe itself. You can check the eligible payment method using this link: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods/review. Basically, it checks the currency, amount and payment methods eligible on the merchant account.

    Please make sure that PromptPay is enabled in your Stripe dashboard. Since this is handled directly by Stripe, their support team can assist you better with this matter.
